Blue Whale Expo 2019 successfully held

The total number of visitors reached 12,028, up 51.3% over the previous edition of the event.

Blue Whale Expo 2019, themed “Go Digital, Go Flexo,” was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from July 10-12.

Hosted by Shanghai Lanjing Exhibition Service Co. and co-organized by Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group, Blue Whale Expo reached a global attendance in Shanghai, China. The expo covered a wide range of external packing applied in food and beverage, alcoholic products, medicines, daily chemicals, electronics and more. Attendees received a one-stop sourcing platform, extending the field of labels and flexible packaging to printing, decoration, manufacturing, processing and application.

Activities included:

  • Digital Printing Seminar on the morning of July 10
  • Flexible Packaging/ Environmental Water-based Ink Seminar on the afternoon of  July 10
  • China Flexible Packaging Technology Development Forum on the morning of July 11
  • Special Forum of RFID & Internet of Things on the afternoon of July 11
The visitors of Blue Whale Expo covered 29 provinces (or municipalities) in China. The total number of visitors reached 12,028, including 5,736 on the first day, 4,623 on the second day, and 1,641 on the third day, up 51.3% over the previous session. Meanwhile, the international influence of the expo is gradually improving, attracting visitors from more than 19 countries and regions such as Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Germany, India and Pakistan.

The 4th Blue Whale Expo, organizers say, will adhere to the event’s entrepreneurial spirit of learning and embracing the future with a new attitude and higher requirements. The next edition will take place from April 21-23, 2020, meeting again at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
